Wali Films, an esteemed distribution company and up-and-coming film production firm in Pakistan, undertook a mission to amplify its online presence: their goal was to narrow the divide between filmmakers and audiences. Boasting of a legacy that extends over 50 years in film distribution—this rich experience served as the backbone for what they aimed next; leveraging this expertise not only towards creating but also managing platforms where compelling narratives could be told—with captivating performances—to global viewership. The project entailed crafting a dynamic website; WordPress served as the foundation with Figma taking centre stage as our primary design tool.
Designing and developing a user-friendly website that could serve as a centralized hub for Wali Films’ diverse array of films, productions, and services constituted the primary goal of this project. The company’s brand image needed reflection on the site; it was imperative to showcase their extensive portfolio while facilitating an effortless experience for filmmakers, producers – indeed all audiences. The last update reveals that the website is currently undergoing final stages of development; testing and refinement persist. Ongoing adjustments and regular feedback aim to align all aspects precisely to meet client expectations.
